Terms & Conditions

• Check-in Time : Morning 10:00AM and after (IST)
• Check-out Time : Morning 09:00AM (IST)
• For Jungle Star Eco Camp 2 persons will be allowed for one room and Rs.1500/- will be charged for each extra person, maximum room limit is three persons. The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed and food.
• For Vanavihari 2 persons will be allowed for one room and Rs.500/- will be charged for each extra person, maximum room limit is three persons. The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
• For vanyavihari 4 persons will be allowed for one room and Rs.500/- will be charged for each extra person, maximum room limit is five persons. The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
• Jungle Star Eco Camp Tariff Includes Accommodation and Food (Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks, Dinner, Morning coffee, Break Fast)
• Vanavihari Tariff Includes Accommodation only.
• Vanyavihari Tariff Includes Accommodation only.
• SMOKING & CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN AND AROUND ACCOMMODATION.
• No room service will be provided.
• PLEASE CARRY VALID IDENTITY PROOF OF ALL MEMBERS.
• Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your belongings.
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
• Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times.
• Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on resort property.
• Room Booking is not Transferable.
• There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the event.
• Bank charges for online accommodation booking

• Refunds for Credit/Debit card bookings are done through Credit/Debit cards only and no cash refund is given.
• No preponement / postponement of tours is allowed.
• The Visitors Should not Argue with the staff.
• Co-operate with staff for better service.
• Any Violation of rules of A.P. Forest Act 1967 and Wildlife Protection Act 1972 will be charged with provisions prescribed in the said Acts.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the Divisional Forest Officer is final.
